This is so beautiful and yet so sad. Crushed flowers on pavements.
Thanks Susan. For me it’s also imagining the range of possibilities behind the event. Who had bought them and for what reason? Did they simply fall out of a bag by mistake? Were they thrown on the pavement after an argument? Certainly something poignant about the beautiful form and colour crushed and smeared on the pavement.
